1. What are the age requirement to join TuhaoClub.com Ans : TuhaoClub.com Customers must be at least 18 years old and above and agree to our imposed terms and conditions.

2. How to open an account with TuhaoClub.com? Ans : Go to “Register Now“ at the home page of TuhaoClub.com website and you will be brought to the Registration page.
Please fill in the following information:
● Name - Please provide your name as per NRIC. It is important for payment/banking verification purpose.
● Date of Birth - Please enter a valid date for verification.
● Email address - Please ensure that you provide a valid email address that is only accessible by you. Important account management notice, product announcement and promotion information will be sent to you via email.
● Contact Number - Please provide a valid contact number for better assistance and for your account safety.
● Username - will be used to login purpose.
● Password - must be between 8 to 10 characters long that consists of alphabet and numbers. Always remember to keep your password confidential.

3. What if I forgot my username or password? Ans : Username can be retrieved by email to us at TuhaoClub@gmail.com or contact our Customer Service Officer via live chat.
To retrieve password, you can click on “Forgot password” and fill in particular details accordingly. Your password will be reset and send to your email.

4. What is the supported currency? Ans : At the moment, TuhaoClub.com accept only MYR-Ringgit Malaysia

5. How to deposit? Ans : Before placing bets in TuhaoClub.com, you need to fund your account using one of the following banking methods:

● Internet Banking

6. How can I withdraw my winning? Ans : Click on the “Withdrawal” section and fill in the amount that you want to withdraw. Any amount deposited into your TuhaoClub account will initially go to Main Wallet. It displays the total amount of fund that can be withdrawn or transferred to Product Wallet to fund betting transactions.
ii) Product Wallet
Amount shown in Product Wallet is available for betting for the following respective gaming products:
